Project Duration: 180 Calendar Days LD's:$1000/day Project Description: • Demolish and remove existing canopies, columns, fire sprinklers, lighting and support structures. • Repair wall, parapet and sidewalk damaged by demolition and removal of components in Item above. • Paint concrete surfaces on south wall. • Construct footings and slabs for new canopy columns. • Furnish and install canopy structural frame and metal decking. • Furnish and install canopy sheet metal roofing system, flashings, gutters, and downspouts. • Install fire suppression sprinkler system. • Paint Canopy frame and fire suppression sprinkler system. • Furnish and install lighting. Bid Schedule: Please submit your bid according to the provided Line Item Bid Schedule. Insurance Requirements: Because this job is on a pier, proof Longshoreman's Insurance will be required after award of contract, please remember to include this in your costs. All Sub Bids must include the phrase "AS PER PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS", acknowledge all Addendums and be valid for 60 days.
