San Diego Unified Port District (SDUPD), Materiel Support & Mgmt Center: ADA Compliance work for sidewalk, Entry doors and ramps, New Restrooms, New HVAC Roof-top unit with associated ductwork, Modify sprinkler system – Project Cost: $ 225,000.00; completion Dec 2001 ( Project interrupted by 3 months of HAZMAT cleaning by SDUPD.)
San Diego City Schools (SDCS): Removal and Installation of different types of Ceiling Tiles at various locations within San Diego – Project Cost: $ 224, 000.00; completion – ongoing until 2002.
Travis Air Force Base, Travis, CA: Construction of Podium, Platforms, steps, walkways, etc. for emergency visit of President Bush – Project Cost: $ 68,000.00; completion: 12 Hours (Oct 2001).
Participated in a special Peak Load Energy Reduction statewide survey and training for state owned facilities for State of California.
