Projects for 2002-2003
County of San Diego, Parks and Recreation Department: Fallbrook County Park/ Community Center – New daycare and children’s park with new playground equipment, with surrounding architectural block wall, concrete sidewalk, rubberized surface, park benches, picnic tables, drinking fountains, complete with new trees, grass, irrigation system – Project Cost: $ 195,800.00; Project continued in 2003 with additional work of $150,000.00.
San Diego Community College District, Mesa College: Complete remodel of Music Lab, including demolition of old facility, new walls, paint, ceilings, doors, special acoustical wall panels for sounds attenuation, carpet, new HVAC system, new lighting system, new fire prevention and alarm system – Project Cost: $ 225,000.00; completion Sept. 2002.
