City of Oceanside Police Department: Five steel carports for 18,000 sq. ft. of parking area for police cruisers, 10' deep by 42" dia. caissons with rebar & concrete footing for the steel columns. Avoided several underground utilizes Electric, Telecommunications both phone line and fiber optic data lines, Sewer, Water and Gas Lines. Project Completion: Nov 2005 Project Cost: $380,000.00.
City of Chula Vista: Demolition of existing Restrooms in two different parks. Construction of ADA compliant CMU block restrooms with two bathrooms in each complete with stainless steel toilets, urinals, lavatories, special ornamental gates, new sewer, water, and electric connections, new lights, roofs, concrete walkways all around. Project Completion: 2005 Project Cost: $342,000.00.
County of San Diego , Parks & Recreation Dept.: Additional Junior Park and New Concrete Driveway + 8 wide Walkway including demolition of old park, grading, compaction, new Concrete Deepened Edge Geometrical shape walkway, New Playground Equipment, Vinyl coated fence, Shade Structure, Wood Chips in entire play area and Landscaping. Project Completion: 2004 Project Cost: $365,000.00.
San Diego Hebrew Day School: Removal of old rubber tiled play surface. Installed new Rubberized 2.5 thick play surface for two play areas. Project Completion: 2004. Project Cost: $30,000.00.
University of California at San Diego: Site for modular buildings for Hillcrest Medical Facility. Project included removal of big cobble stones, Site Utilities in deep trench, SDG&E Transformer and Switchgear Installation, Electrical Connections to the panels of the modular buildings, Waterproofing Perimeter concrete footing walls of Modular Building, New Water and Sewer lines, Circular concrete wall including sandblasting, Concrete Sidewalks, DG picnic area, ADA Compliant Stairs, Ramps, Handrails, Parking Areas and Signs, new Landscaping including installation of 60+ trees, 10,500 sq.ft. of plants, shrubs, flowering, etc., Green & Wood Screens, Etc. Project Completion: 2004. Project Cost: $ 322,000.00.
