Marine Corps Base – Camp Pendleton: Removal of existing glue down carpet in five training rooms. Shotblasted all existing concrete floors. Repaired 4,000 Linear feet of cracks. Five coats of Special Epoxy coating of 12,000 Sq.Ft for withstanding traffic of heavy boots. Completed 45 days ahead of schedule in March 2006 – Project Cost: $280,000.00.

SD Community College District: Mesa College Parking Lot – Structural repair for preventing landslide by installing 24 Caissons of 36” Dia. and 50’ Deep with heavy rebar reinforcement. Project Completion: Sept. 2006 – Project Cost: $ 555,000.00.

 

Miscellaneous Projects at NAVAL Base North Island, Marine Corps base, NAVAL SUBASE Point Loma, County of San Diego, Naval Station San Diego included: Replace 3000 Sq. Ft. of Mezzanine floor at 10’ height, Design and Build 900 Sq. Ft. Recreation Deck, Install new pressure washer system, Replace 54 wood doors with new Hollow Metal Frames & Doors – complete with panic bars, closers, thresholds, paint, etc.: Total Cost: $350,000.00.
