US Coast Guard - Sector San Diego: Upgrade Galley equipment, Install new 12'x 8' and 4'x 4' Vent Hoods and Make-up Air system complete with new blower fans and fire-suppressing system, New Broilers, New plumbing for steam and water lines, Stainless steel separation safety wal, new dishwashing system with stainless steel tables in scullery, new freezer and refrigerator walk-ins, dry storage room, new unisex restroom, upgrade HVAC system, approx 2,500 square feet of new accoustical ceiling. New tapered and insulated roofing system, approx 4,500 square feet with 20 year no dollar limit warranty. Project Completion: April 2007 - Project Cost: $475,000.

Naval Air Station, North Island Coronado: Repair 1MG water above ground steel tank. Hydro-blasting entire interior of the tank - including roof, structural members, surrounding walls and steel floor. Vacuum tested weld-oints of the floor plates and floor-to-wall connections. Applied 3 coats (total 16 mm thick) of NSF and AWWA approved epoxy coating. Project Completion: March 2007 - Project Cost: $180,000. Additional work for exterior coating pending subject to availability of funds. * Naval Air Station, North Island Coronado, Marine Corps Base - Camp Pendleton: Various Contracts for installing new hollow metal frames with panic hardware, key-less locks, thresholds, installation of new outdoor bleachers, repairing concrete ribs of roof with epoxy morter. Total cost: $115,000

Marine Corps Base - Camp Pendleton: Complete renovation of four male heads and one female head including lead abatement, installation of new floor and wall tiles to 8'0", isolation water valves, multiple showers, toilets, urinals, counter-tops, lavatories, fiberglass benches, partitions, high CFM exhaust fans, bathroom accessories, mirrors, weather-proof lights, paint. Project Cost: $450,000.
