Construction Management for 80-room Holiday Inn Express in Solana Beach, CA.: Selection of Architects, Review for drawings during design phase, Separation of Bid Packages per individual construction trades, Bid Invitation & Tabulation, Selection of contractors and award of contracts, Preparing Project Schedules, Preparing Schedule of Values for Lender and Fund Control, Continuous communications with Architect and Other Design Professionals for RFIs, Change Orders, etc., Interactions with City Officials beginning  with the approval of the Project and thereafter for Revisions and Inspections. Weekly Progress Meetings with Trade Contractors, Meeting Reports and Daily Reports, Safety Program, Coordination of all activities of construction in addition to coordination of Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment for the Hotel, Payment Requests to Fund Control for all activities, Revising Cost Estimates to reflect changes, Implemented several Value Engineering proposals with savings of approximately $200,000.00 – Project Cost: $ 6,000,000.00; Project Duration – October 1998 – June 2000. ( Final Completion March 2001)
